Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Emjen AI Phish Detector  (the "App"), available through the Google Workspace Marketplace. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• You must be a registered Google Workspace user to access the App.
  
• You may use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  
• You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or any behavior that violates applicable law.
  

2. User Data and Privacy

• We only collect minimal data: your email address for authentication and operational error reporting.
  
• We do not store or log the contents of any emails processed by the App.
  
• Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  

3. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its underlying technology are owned by Emjen LLC.
  
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
  

4. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
  
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any advice generated by the App, mistakes will occasionally occur, and can be reported to apphelp@emjen.app
  

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  
• Our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, for the use of the App.
  

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
  

7. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.
  

8. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
